Because of the intimate nature of our products, all CHiQS purchases are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons. Once they leave our hands, they’re officially yours forever 💕

If there’s ever an issue with your order (wrong item, damage, or a little shipping hiccup), please email us at hello@chiqs.ca within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
